Other areas of business include Auction activities both in the sale of Real Property and Chattels. To this end we have on staff registered valuers and over the years have developed a consultative association with other valuers engaged in areas requiring specialist knowledge.

The company and its senior staff are all members of the R.E.I.Q., the R.E.I.A. and the U.D.I.A. Our valuers are members of the A.P.I. We abide by the PAMD Code of Conduct and maintain high ethical standards.

Our Company endeavours to provide cost effective services and are always willing to discuss a fee or provide a quotation for work not contemplated by prescribed fees. Credit for assistance received from clients is recognised when charges are negotiated to ensure competitiveness and value for money.
